When my husband and I were faced with selling our beloved condo unexpectedly, we contacted Heidi Cox in your Lakewood Ranch office. We still had the brochure with her contact information from when we purchased. She was our first call and she was terrific. It was an excellent decision! She remembered the property and had good insights to aid our sale. Heidi hit the ground running with advice on clearing things out and un-personalizing our home. She really had a great eye to update the property and expedite the sale. She even helped me paint on a Sunday! Heidi’s staging was so fantastic that she inspired the decor in our new home!We had offers immediately due to the excellent presentation/pictures. Once we accepted an offer, Heidi was amazing managing our expectations. There was a complication with the buyers' mortgage company and the condo association/management company. Heidi stayed on top of it and kept us posted. In the end, she even led the buyer to a different mortgage company that had had success with other property in our community.
